Went there at 7pm on a Sunday in a group of 3, and found most dishes to be dregs or had a skin on top. Waiter took us to our seat and only took the drink order for one of us. I had to follow him and ask to take the other orders. Waited 5 minutes at the fresh pizza section and no one came to serve despite 2 chefs chatting, noticing me, and then carry on chatting, then going behind the kitchen doors. Eventually I got my pizza and it was dry and inedible. Chicken salad was a few limp brown leaves, samosa's were cold and dry ,no pitta for the houmous. Most curries had all the meat picked out. Chocolate fountain was made from the cheapest chocolate available, there were 3 marshmellows out. Etc etc. Made a complaint to the manager that the food was awful and we were very unhappy with everything. He told me that I should tell the chef, I told him that wasn't my place. He talked all over me and wouldn't let me speak, he raised his voice whenever I tried to get a word in. He told me I should complain to HQ and gave me a card (which I later found out wasn't for HQ but just a business card for the restaurant I was currently at). I still can't believe he embarassed me in front of other customers, disgusting. I'll obviously never eat there again. The prices are extortionate for the quality and choice available. The staff are rude and unhelpful.
