Possibly one of the worst experiences I have had in a long time. We ordered food from here on a Monday lunchtime for a company meeting, assumed due to it being a Monday lunchtime and probably quite a quiet time for them the experience would be quite good but I was so wrong. Placed an order for £140 worth of food, girl took my order down and all seemed to be going quite well. I had to call after an hour to see where food was and was told it was on it's way, 15 mins later still no food. I looked out of the window to see the driver outside so went out to get the food. He REFUSED to give me my order as the girl on the phone had taken my mobile number down wrong, (1 digit out) and he said he would not give me the food without confirming on the phone with the person who made the order, I explained he had my number down wrong but he was having none of it, at this point he was shouting at me in the middle of the street. I had to ring the restaurant who after 10 mins finally convinced him to give me my food. So 15 mins later I finally went inside after being abused by a driver who basically accused me of trying to steal someone else's order with £140 worth of cold food. I rang the restaurant to complain and was told it was my fault for giving them my number wrong and that I (a 23 year old petite female) had been violent and rude to their male driver. Will not be ordering from here again, worst experience I have had with a delivery and I have lived in London my whole life. Disgusting!

Ellilah it fascinates me that you chose to write your fictitious review on another website after I had your factually incorrect review removed from 2 other sites. Let me start by telling you that regardless of what time of day or what day it is we have the same professional level of customer service. These are the FACTS of the actual circumstances. Order placed at 12:05, food of £140 packed and on route by 12:35 reached you by 12:50 all in all within the 1 hour stated delivery time although your location did fall outside the 3 mile radius. You had provided the wrong telephone number to the person on the phone so upon arrival the driver called and couldn’t get a response so he spoke to your security guard to ascertain how he could make contact with you as we had your full name. At which point someone who ‘claimed’ that he worked with you approached the driver and tried to ‘take’ the food, at that point the driver refused rightly so as this person was not the customer, at which point you came screaming down the hall and snatched the food off the driver, who was reassured by the security guard that you were in fact the customer. As this was a large order the driver amongst your barrage of abuse and racial abuse still assisted you and took the bags of food to your office, once he had finished assisting you in your office of which you were still ranting he told you to ‘enjoy your meal’, and your response was ‘f**k off and get out of my office’ in front of all your work colleagues. The rest of your comments are lies and fluff to dramatize the situation. Even your own security guard said you have a bad attitude and that he had had numerous arguments with you that week. Disgusting is a correct word to use for your abusive behaviour towards all the staff at Adiva Restaurant we welcome that you will never order again nor would we deliver to you
