We visited Pasco on a weekend trip to Paris, I was a little nervous as I booked it as a surprise for my girlfriend.
The food was really very good, waiters were very attentive, and it was fabulous seeing Invalides at night.
I would recommend it.

We had a very good dinner at Pasco. This is not the typical tourist restaurant. I think we were the only non-Paris guests.
Staff is very polite, the food was really superb.
Very nice interior and summer terrace.
Pasco features Southern cuisine, fish,...

The food is mediocre. They ridiculed us openly because we are American and they thought we did not understand French. The wine they recommended was airline quality at best. They served the fromage ice cold and hard. The entree & plat were low quality similar to airline food. Avoid this place!
