Refuses to honour reservations, but the only way to know this is to call them, make a reservation (we reserved twice), listen to them confirm the reservation, arrive at the restaurant at the time of the reservation, then learn that your table is taken by other diners and that if you wait outside for an hour or two they may be able to serve you.
You may try to get service if you arrive 10 minutes before opening time, but order everything quickly because there is only one waitress and she will soon be overwhelmed. There are plenty of good Creole restaurants where it is possible to eat a meal, but this is not one of them.
Avoid.
